What’s Included in the Private Dining Experience


Each private dining experience includes:

A custom-curated menu tailored to your preferences, dietary restrictions, and event theme.

  • A choice between plated service, sharing plates, or a finger food-style menu based on your request.

  • Premium ingredients sourced fresh for the event.

  • Table setting, including cutlery, tableware, and glassware (except for alcoholic or wine glasses).

  • Cooking, plating, and on-site service for a seamless and professional dining experience.

  • Cleanup of the kitchen and workspace after service.

Finger Foods & Sharing Plates

For a more social and interactive dining experience, finger foods and sharing plates are available for larger gatherings, cocktail-style events, and corporate functions.

Pricing for Parties of 15+ Guests

Prices range from $75 to $130 per person, depending on the selection of items, ingredient costs, and level of service required.

Event Planning & Themed Decor Setup (Optional Add-On)

For those looking to create a more immersive dining experience, we offer custom-themed decor and event styling to complement your private chef service. Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, proposal, or intimate gathering, we can help set the perfect ambiance.

What’s Included:

  • Personalized decor setup tailored to your theme

  • Elegant table styling and centerpieces

  • Custom signage and menu design

  • Balloon arrangements, posters, and visual enhancements

  • Seamless coordination with the private dining experience

This service is not a full-scale event planning company but rather a thoughtfully curated decor setup designed to enhance the private dining experience.

Event planning pricing is 15-25% lower than traditional industry rates, making it an affordable yet high-quality addition to your private dining experience.

Pricing is customized based on event size, complexity, and special requests. A detailed proposal will be provided upon inquiry.


Alcohol Policy

We operate under a Bring Your Own Bottle (BYOB) policy. Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol, and there is no corkage fee.

Additional Staffing Fees

For larger events, additional staff may be required to ensure a smooth and professional service. Staffing requirements are as follows:

  • For 7+ guests: One additional chef is required ($200 fee).

  • For 14+ guests: One additional chef and one server are required ($400 total staffing fee).

  • For 19+ guests: One additional chef and two servers are required ($600 total staffing fee).

For events with more than 25 guests, additional staff may be required based on the complexity of service. This will be discussed upon booking.

Custom & Special Requests

I specialize in designing personalized menus for special occasions, including anniversaries, birthdays, corporate events, and intimate celebrations. Custom menus may have different pricing based on ingredient costs and preparation time.

A detailed proposal will be provided for personalized requests.

Deposit & Payment

  • Bookings are not fully confirmed until the 30% deposit is received. 

  • The deposit secures your event date and is required at the time of booking. 

  • The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event.

Guest Count Adjustments

You may adjust the number of guests up to one week before the event. However the price per person will be adjusted accordingly.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event will revive a full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event: The deposit is non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability. 

Additional Policies

  • Prices do not include gratuity but are appreciated.

  • Any dietary restrictions or allergies must be communicated as soon as booking is confirmed. 

  • The host must provide an appropriate kitchen space with functional appliances unless otherwise arranged.

Mediterranean, Fusion & Customizable Menus

• Available at regular pricing for both lunch and dinner (four-course meals).

• Customizable menus can be arranged based on client preferences.

Japanese Menu

• Requires a minimum booking of five or more guests.

• Comes with an additional chef, which incurs an extra $200 fee (this is not optional).

• All private dining experiences are reservation-based.

• Pricing varies depending on menu selection and customization.
