After years working the traditional route in professional kitchens, I realized that what truly fulfils me isn’t just cooking behind the stove - it’s connecting directly with my guests and creating moments they’ll remember long after the last bite.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Chef Sean for my 30th birthday sleepover weekend, and I cannot sing his praises enough! From the moment we started planning, he helped me curate an incredible menu that perfectly matched my 90s/Y2K nostalgia sleepover theme. Not only did he bring the vision to life seamlessly, but he quickly became one of the highlights of the entire weekend. Chef Sean prepared an outstanding spread that covered dinner, late-night grazing, and brunch—and let me tell you, everyone ate and drank to their hearts' content. The food was not just delicious; it was thoughtfully crafted, beautifully presented, and truly made the event feel special. His professionalism, attention to detail, and warm energy made the experience even more memorable. I will definitely be using Chef Sean for future events and parties, both personal and professional. Sean was pleasant and attentive and worked consistently to create a beautiful meal. Each course was brought to the table looking wonderful. He explained the details of his course and then let us sit back and enjoy. He shared his philosophy about food and preparation as well as his shopping for the meal. He let us in on a few of his secret techniques which we will try to emulate. It was a lovely experience for us and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Chef Sean Wang was incredibly professional and very knowledgeable! He provided us with great insights on his cooking process and his background. We booked him for an anniversary dinner and he definitely made it special by curating a special menu for us, while ensuring that the quality of the food was the best (especially the wagyu steak). The flavors were amazing and he even had leftovers for us the next day. Definitely worth the value of the service! Thank you Chef Sean for the unforgettable dinner :)
